I'm seriously behind......here is NOVEMBER : )

November came and went. And now December is almost over! The days are FLYING by. My little kiddos are growing and changing and learning new things all the time. November was filled with fun.

NOVEMBER 6TH:
Kenzie rockin out to daddy's ipod music.

NOVEMBER 9th:
We were able to celebrate my dad's birthday with him on November 9th. My parents had been out of town and happened to be driving home through Phoenix that day, so they stopped for dinner and cake! We ate chili and had little cherry chip cakes with cherry frosting : ) YUM!

.

(We made Kenzie ditch her nice white shirt at dinner time since I didn't want her getting chili on it!)

NOVEMBER 10th:
Kenzie talking to Grandma Jorg on the phone.

NOVEMBER 11th:
Ryken is 3.5 months old and looking cute as can be. He LOVES his blankie and horse!

NOVEMBER 14th:
Ryken has a stare-down with a little plastic monkey....surprisingly, Ryken won!

Not even 4 months old and loving the exersaucer (although I am not sure that this particular expression exactly proves that he was "loving" it...he really was though)!

Happy boy!

Such a sweetie.

Kenzie is done with picture books....she's moved on to bigger & better things.....

Silly girl....I have about 8 pictures that are exactly like this one because she wouldn't stop squinting at me every time I went to take a picture.

NOVEMBER 17th:
Another fun evening we had was going as a family to Tempe Town Lake for a walk. Chip had the day off and the weather was gorgeous, so we packed up the kids and the double stroller and headed off.

Ryken getting ready to go.

Kenzie loved looking at some water fountains at a business building along the way.

Ryken loved being outside and looking at everything.

We had a great time!

Later that night I took pictures of my chubbykins.

Look at those rolls!

NOVEMBER 21st:
Kenzie really loves being Ryken's big sister.

But I am not sure how much Ryken likes being the younger brother....

NOVEMBER 22nd:
They really do have fun together : ) I hope it stays that way for a long time!

NOVEMBER 24th:
Right before Thanksgiving we got to go down to my parents house for a visit. Our friends Chris and Stephanie were in Tucson for Thanksgiving, but we weren't planning to be down for Thanksgiving. We really wanted to see them, and they really wanted to meet Kenzie and Ryken! So we went down for the day on Monday, the 24th. Kenzie remembers my parents house now and gets really excited when we pull up and she sees their house. She walks right in and immediately heads to "her" room where all of the toys are at.

Here is Ryken playing with Grandpa Jorg:

Kenzie LOVES playing with the little keyboard at Grandma Jorg's house! : )

NOVEMBER 27th Thanksgiving Day:
Our Thanksgiving was wonderful! We went to my grandparents house for the first meal of the day around noon. My parents had come to town as well as my brother and his family. While we ate, Great Grandpa Jorg watched football with Ryken. It made it a nice relaxing meal for me!
We had way too much GREAT food and did our annual "turkey shoot" (we shoot at a paper turkey on a cardboard box with a bb gun). Kenzie loved trying to get the last few drops out of Grandma Jorg's orange soda can.

Grandpa Jorg kept Ryken happy...he was all packed up and ready to go..

We had to leave around 3:30 to come home for some quick naps and then we were back out the door at 5 to go to Chip's parents for our 2nd meal. It was equally as good as the first with all the traditional Thanksgiving foods. By the end of that meal we were FULL! We hung around and watched the Arizonal Cardinals play some football and I FINALLY remembered to get a 4 generation picture with all the Brown boys. We couldn't get Ryken to look at the camera, but oh well. Overall we had a WONDERFUL day!

NOVEMBER 29th:
These last pictures are from Ryken's 4 month birthday. He is getting SO antsy to sit up in the bathtub with his big sister that I decided to let them take a bath in the sink so that he could be propped up next to her. They had a great time playing and splashing! It is so much fun to watch them interact : )

So that was our November, folks! Thank you Lord, for all the fun times, great memories, and abundant blessings!
