Meet The Brown Family

 

MEET THE BROWN FAMILY

 Chip. This is the man I get to spend my life with....my very best friend. He loves Jesus, loves me, accepts me, leads me, forgives me, prays for & with me, loves our kids, leads our home, and is a really great guy. He isn't always perfect, but he is perfect for me and I feel so blessed that God brought us together. He is 30 years old and a manager at a local BBQ restaurant.

Dani. I love Jesus more than anything and can't wait to spend forever with Him. As I seek to serve Jesus, I enjoy the roles in which He has placed me over the past 27 years: as Chip's wife, the mama of his babies, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I am learning to chase the eternal and let go of the temporary. I am learning to serve others for Christ and praying for more of Him and less of me.

Kenzie. Age 5. Our firstborn who is growing from our "baby" to our "big girl" before our eyes. She is the perfect mixture of rough & tumble + princess. She knows how to wrestle with her brothers but is also such a little mother....always making sure everyone is following the rules. She is extremely independent and delights us with her spunk and cute little comments each day.  She will be starting kindergarten in the fall and is excited to learn. We plan to teach her at home this year and pray for guidance each year in the education of our kiddos.

Ryken. Age 4. He is Kenzie's best friend and learns so much from her. He loves math and keeps us all entertained with his animated stories. He loves pajama days and long sleeved flannel shirts.  He can't wait to grow up and be a dad. He is my cuddle bug and such a sweetheart.

Emery. Age 2 + 14 minutes. Our third child who loves life. He is creative and loves to dress up, sing, and dance. Even before he could talk he would show compassion and concern for others...stopping what he was doing if any of his siblings were crying and going to them to comfort them. He is a silly boy and makes our days fun. His favorite color is pink and he is a chatterbox.

Casey. Age 2. Our fourth little blessing.....He is a goofball who loves to be a clown and is always trying to get his brothers and sisters to laugh. He loves to read books and sing songs.  He has dimples that light up the room. He is so much like his brother in some ways, but very much his own person in other ways.  His favorite color is purple and he gives the BEST hugs.

Brinley. Age 0. We are all totally in love with our newest little gift from God. She has been such a wonderful baby, fitting into our family so easily. She is very content and loves to watch the activity going on around her. She adores her sister and brothers, smiling and cooing whenever they talk to her. She sleeps well and is so snuggly. We can't wait to watch her personality blossom and grow.
